John F. O'Donoghue
Head of Equities
Mr. O'Donoghue is Head of Equities for Cowen and Company and is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. Prior to joining Cowen in 2005, Mr. O'Donoghue was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading at CSFB.
He was also a member of the firm's Global Equity Operating Committee. Prior to that, Mr. O'Donoghue was a Managing Director and Partner of Schroders PLC.
Mr. O'Donoghue holds an Honors Degree in Economics from The Queen's University of Belfast and also serves on the University's Advisory Board.

William F. Herbert
Bill Herbert is Deputy Head of Equities and Head of Sales for Cowen and Company. Prior to joining Cowen in 1994 Mr. Herbert was a Senior Vice President of Prudential Securities in New York. During his tenure at Cowen Mr. Herbert has served as the Head of Cowen’s Boston Sales Desk and is currently a member of Cowen’s Equities Committee.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

David Seaburg
Mr. Seaburg is a Managing Director and Head of Sales Trading for Cowen and Company. He has been with Cowen for more than 10 years in both the New York and Chicago offices.
Mr. Seaburg holds a degree in Finance and Economics from Northeastern University.

Andrew Stein
Mr. Stein is a Managing Director and Head of Equity Trading for Cowen and Company. Prior to joining Cowen in 2006, Mr. Stein was a Director and Head of Technology and Telecom Trading at CSFB. Prior to that, Mr. Stein was a Vice President and Equity Trader at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Stein holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University.
